Sealing and Expungement Qualifications

Qualifications of Petitioner to Seal or Expunge:

• Petitioner has never been previously convicted guilty of a criminal offense or a comparable ordinance violation

• Petitioner was not convicted guilty of the charges to which the applicant seeks to seal or expunge

• Petitioner has never sealed or expunged any prior unrelated criminal offense to the charges to which the applicant now seeks to seal or expunge

• The criminal case to which the applicant seeks to seal or expunge the charges has been resolved and any court ordered supervision has been completed
